47-Ten Red- A Wine with Altitude! Named for the altitude of our vineyard, this blend of red varietals is a delightful pair to almost anything! We treated 47-Ten Red in a stainless steel tank with oak staves for nine months. This elegant soft red is a wonderful expression of the complexity of the Cabernet Sauvignon, the lightness of the Tempranillo, the fruit of the Merlot, the minerality of the Syrah, the floral characters of the Cabernet Franc and the spiciness of the Petit Verdot. Fermentation in separate lots and no extended maceration will ensure that this wine will be approachable and easy drinking for a long time to come! 1.869 cases produced.
