Canyon Wind Cellars is proud to produce three distinct groups of wine produced from our own vineyards surrounding the winery. With the guidance of renowned winemaker, Robert Pepi, CWC has transitioned from only selling three wines to selling three tiers of wines.

47-Ten Series

Minimalist, approachable and fun.

Named for the elevation of our vineyard (4,710 feet), this series has a Rosé, a White blend and a Red blend.  These wines with an altitude are perfect for camping, casual cookouts, and fun formal events.

Varietal Series

Refined, complex and serious.

From our first crush in 1996 with only three wines to our current lineup of nine, our varietal wines are produced to showcase the importance of our unique location. Formed by the weather and our vineyard, we focus on the grape and what happens in the vineyard to bring forth bright and elegant flavors.  These wines are great for all occasions and pair well with everything from a dessert of Palisade Peaches to a hearty meal of Colorado Lamb.

Unique, powerful and distinguished.

Compromise is not an option when creating an exceptional bottle of wine.  These wines are the result of many discriminating steps, each performed with great care and meticulous attention to detail, producing truly stunning wines.

Anemoi Wines

New, young and exciting.

The second generation of Colorado wine.  Wines infused with a youthful and modern approach to winemaking; low intervention and sustainable practices and an emphasis on truly letting the grape “do the work” in the vineyard are our primary focus; however, we embrace new ideas and technologies in the art of winemaking.
