BENEFITS

There are no dues or fees to become a Canyon Wind Wine Club member.

There are two clubs:

CWC CLUB

• 15% discount on all regularly priced wines and 5% off all merchandise purchases
• Invitation to purchase “Members Only” wine releases
• Complimentary “Canyon Wind” cork pull
• Receive email newsletters with winery news, events and special offers
• Invitation to “Members Only” events and special pricing on CWC hosted events
• Agree to purchase three bottles per shipment for a total of four shipments (equaling 12 bottles in one year)
• Cancel any time after the first year

PREMIER CLUB

All of the benefits listed above, plus:
• 20% discount on all regularly priced wines and 10% off all merchandise purchases
• Agree to purchase six bottles per shipment for a total of four shipments (equaling 24 bottles in one year)

TERMS

You agree to buy four (4) shipments of our new wines; totaling twelve bottles for the CWC Club, and twenty-four bottles for the Premier Club.

Your credit card will be charged approximately one week prior to shipment.  You will receive email notification prior to any charges informing you of the date and amount of shipment.  For those members that chose to pick-up shipments at one of our tasting room locations, you must pick-up your shipment within 30 days or the wine will be shipped and billed to your credit card. *You must make arrangements with the tasting room if wines need to be held for any reason.

Once you have received your first four (4) shipments, you may cancel your membership at any time. We must receive requests to cancel at least 10 days prior to any shipments.  To cancel, you must contact Canyon Wind by phone (970.464.0888) or email (wineclub@canyonwindcellars.com).

You will be notified in advance if there are any changes to our wine shipments.

CONDITIONS

To join the Canyon Wind Wine Club, you must be 21 years of age or older.

Residents of other states, under special circumstances, may join our club and have wine shipped to them.  Please call for details- 970.464.0888.

You may choose to receive your wine shipments in three ways:

1) Pick up at Winery in Palisade, CO:
This option is for those who live near our beautiful winery. We will notify you by e-mail when the wines are available for pick up. There is no charge for this option.

2) Pick up at Tasting Room in Georgetown, CO:
This option is for those living along the Front Range or those who frequently travel I-70 west of Denver. We notify you by e-mail when the wines are available for pick up. There is no charge for this option.

3) Shipping:
This option is for those who would like delivery to their door. Within Colorado, we ship UPS ground; which adds $15 to each 3-bottle shipment or $22 for each 6-bottle shipment. Outside Colorado, we recommend shipment by UPS 2nd day air, which adds $30 to each 3-bottle shipment and $35 to each 6-bottle shipment.

Please allow 3-8 business days for UPS Ground Service. We ship on Monday or Tuesday so the wine will not be in a warm or cold warehouse over the weekend. Please note that verification of age is required at the time of delivery. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. No wine will be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person, and any person unable to produce age verification cannot receive a shipment until identification is produced.
