Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Most orders will be shipped out the following monday after order placement. If your order has been shipped, you will have to return the products once you receive them. Sorry, but we cannot incur the cost of the shipping for returned orders.Please contact us immediately by telephone if you would like to cancel or modify your order. Returns
We are able to accept returns for products that are defective or were purchased in error. Wine or items received as gifts that were purchased online are returnable for exchange only. For other items, if you selected the credit card payment method, your card will be credited back. The product must be returned in its original shipping container within 15 days of purchase. Sorry, but we cannot refund any shipping charges.please contact the shipping carrier immediately if the product appears to be damaged during shipment.
Merchandise refused delivery at the destination (shipping address) and returned to us will be subject to shipping charges and a restocking fee of 20%.
We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are disappointed with your purchase for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can to make things right.

1. Write the reason for the return on the copy of the invoice you received with the shipment. If a product is defective, please indicate the nature of the defect.
2. Indicate if you expect an exchange or a refund (if eligible). Write it down on the copy of your invoice.
3. Place the copy of the invoice, the merchandise, and all original packaging in a sturdy, safe, and secure container in such a way so as to avoid damage to the item or use the original shipping container.
4. In the case of a wine shipment, it is important to use the same shipping carrier that brought the merchandise and mark the container as a return. It may not be legal or possible to ship wine using an alternate shipping carrier. The United States Postal Service does not allow shipping of alcoholic beverages, including wine.
